Aerobic and muscle strength testing for runners

Include 1) The Cooper Test which evaluates your cardiovascular fitness , 2) vertical jump is used to test your explosive strength, 3) 1RM (one-repetition maximum) is used test your maximum strength, 4) curl up test evaluates your abdominal muscle strength, 5) push-up test evaluates your upper body strength and endurance and the 6) isometric back strength test is a measure of the strength of the muscles of the lower back.
